I think DU has bugs.

ever since the change over to the new servers I have been having problems with DU. It doesn't matter whether I'm on my computer at home or the one at work DU stops and starts, my spyware pops up says it has blocked this and that malware or virus, my back button doesn't work. I can go to any other website and do not have these problems. I could understand it for my computer at home, but my work computer is very secure and well maintained and up to date due to our IT department. I didn't have these problems before the change over.

Ordinarily I would think your employer might have some special stuff in there (what are you doing on DU at work, anyway?) but doing the same thing at home is weird.

Perhaps you are using the same AV stuff on both?

This is not the first time I have had this issue with DU over the years. I will re-boot and see if this keeps up.

I am running windows 7, I want to say NT or something like that here on my Toshiba laptop.

I'm not having any pop up issues.

Just wanted you to know you are not alone with the back button issue.

I just booted up my workstation and after about twenty minutes and twenty threads here on DU, I just had the back button issue.

I'm running a Blackberry bold, and I've never had problems on this site, until after the upgrade. It crashes my browser every time I try to have more than one tab open, and my memory is getting completely used up from the site, which of course also makes a terrible lag if I type anything. Really sad that I will probably just vist from the laptpp with all the blockers installed.
