Can anybody tell me why I cannot seem to put a certain person on my ignore list? I've tried

over and over and over again, and yet I keep seeing their posts. I've never had that problem with any other person I've put on ignore. Is there any reason why a particular one won't "take"?

No rhyme or reason that I can see, just random folks dropping off the ignore list. So far I've just been putting them back on, as needed.
