What is a "Hidden Post" please?

I was just browsing the information sheet on Jury Service and noticed that a DUer is less likely to serve on a jury if they have made a hidden post, so I'm presuming this is bad.

Please, for my edification, what is a Hidden Post?

EDIT: Left out "Jury Service"

1. A hidden post is one that's been removed by a jury for a rule break

Previously, they were hidden and it was possible to still see the post, but now they're removed.

3. For every "hidden post," a member is 20% less likely to be chosen for a jury

4. Is there a time limit on how long the 20% is applied?

Meaning can you rate 100% for jury duty after some length of time after the hide?
