yet another image posting query

So I get the following link to post an image

s151.photobucket.com/albums/s157/dmallind/?action=viewampersand("and sign&quot current=1343249613.jpg

but with the http colon slashes prefix and the bolded part as an actual symbol

no matter what I try it is changed once I post reply into:

http://s151.photobucket.com/albums/s157/dmallind/?action=view¤t=1343249613.jpg

which obviously links to nothing. I assume the bolded part of the link is code to do something else.

Ideas?

I think that 'action=view&current=' portion is for managing your account... Make7 Jul 2012 #2
Just get the URL and delete this part: ?action=view&current= NYC_SKP Jul 2012 #3

... by viewing the page of options on photobucket for that image. I think if you just take that part out to give you:

[div style="margin-left:2em; color:#000099;"]http://s151.photobucket.com/albums/s157/dmallind/1343249613.jpg
That should give you the image when copied into your post...

Delete the parts between the slash after your account name (dmallind) and the image file name (134249613.jpg) and that url will be a direct link to the image.

I do this all the time with my photobucket pics.
