1. I believe EarlG was largely responsible for that.

It stopped because I think he's just too busy to do it on a regular basis. If anyone wants to pick up the mantle, I'd suggest they contact him.

2. It is the reason that I, and many others, first came to this site.

When I was really, really busy, and didn't post here at all, I came once a week just for the Top 10.

I miss it and wonder if any one could ever match EarlG's brilliance.
