They know that turning the 2nd Amendment into a virulent, RW religion will enable a RW revolt. Whether with direct militias or a disorganized society calling for an authoritarian solution, they will be well placed to take over.

Elections and constant vigiliance will determine what will happen, because unless we do, we will have another GOP = NRA HoR, and we will have a GOP president to act as the Koch brothers' robosigner-in-chief.

LaPee is just another shill paid by the same money, nothing more and nothing less. And people are buying the narrative from all of them to keep the train wreck on schedule. Interesting times, it's up to us how this plays out.
