1. She's for it, but Reid is against it and that makes it problematic.

...they'll waddle in circles until you throw them so food. We've got to take back the House in 2014 so those who are brave enough to do the right thing won't feel like they'll be hung out to dry. I think Murray is more concerned with the party than with her own seat.
