Should I pin this thread to the top? I'm thinking that'd be a good idea, since it's constantly updating and isn't just one news item.

1. All the "news that isn't fit to print" in LBN...

Thanks for putting faces to the stats...

2. One of our resident gunthusiasts, already blocked from this group, just sent a SOP alert

Can you believe the nerve of that guy? This group is not for him in any way shape or form yet he's trying to tell me how to run it.

He helped make up my mind. I'm going to sticky this thread.

3. It's part of the "control freak" personality drawn to gunthusiasm

They can't stand not "being in control" (or the illusion of it) -- hence the snark, attempts at verbal beat-downs, trigger-fingers (so to speak) on alert buttons, etc...

6. Thanks! This is a great site that adds numbers in real time, almost immediately. This Maps & Charts

section also gives a visual understanding of the kinds of gun deaths across the country.

https://www.gunviolencearchive.org/charts-and-maps

You can see the map categories all at once, which is a) an eye opener of how deaths are categorized, and b) an awareness builder.
