1. New DEA Head Says Pot “Is Dangerous,” Lacks Medical Use, Belongs on Schedule I

Newly-appointed DEA chief Chuck Rosenberg recently said that he believes that "marijuana is dangerous" and that it should remain classified as a hardcore Schedule I drug with no medical use.

I can hardly imagine anything more ignorant than this person's viewpoint in 2015, unless it would be hiring him.

Yet another racist, misogynistic ass clown put in a government job where he can hurt people.

He ought to be good for jailing what,, 10,000 non-violent black men? 20.000? Maybe we could do a pool, and the one closest can donate the money to a family left behind in permanent poverty, just so this guy can get his rocks off pretending to be tough.

We should change the flag of the DEA to the Confederate Battle flag, or we are just lying to ourselves.

2. All this goes back to Obama.

Obama appointed Lynch to head the DOJ and Lynch just appointed Rosenberg to head the DEA. Lynch obviously checked with Obama first on the appointment and he obviously agreed.

This really pisses me off because there's tons of scientific and medical studies that indicate marijuana isn't dangerous. As a matter of fact, the DEA recently declared that MJ has a lot of medical benefits.

I truly believe that Rosenberg is bought by the prison industrial complex because the PIC needs slave labor.

3. We have a treaty obligation to keep saying that

As long as we're in the Single Convention we have an obligation to keep saying something we know isn't true. Keep that in mind the next time you roll your eyes at a John Bircher who foams at the mouth about the UN and sovereignty...

sure

You'd think people who claim to actually care about legalizing cannabis would be pretty familiar with it...

7. Can you provide a link specific to your claim?

I'm not of the mind to spend hours searching through UN treaties to back up your assertions; you need to do that yourself.

9. It would seem that states that legalized rec. weed would make the US in violation of the convention

But I guess we can officially give up any "hope" that Obama will move to get weed off of Schedule 1. That's very disappointing.

Besides, there is much profit to be made. These profit takers have huge connections with TPTB. Or at least it seems that way to me.

Last time I checked illegal Marijuana was a largest cast crop in California, Ohio and other states. That is pretty shocking considering the corn, soy, grape, almond and avocado figures.
