From Lee Fang:
Clinton has recently been on the defensive about the speaking fees she and her husband have collected. Those fees total over $125 million since 2001.
Her rival Democratic presidential candidate, Bernie Sanders, has raised concerns in particular over the $675,000 she made from Goldman Sachs, an investment bank that has regularly used its influence with government officials to win favorable policies.

We may be still steeped in the old manner in which politics has been played but we're behind a candidate that proposes to win without resorting to those tactics. Senator Sanders prefers to allow the opposition to slit their own throats.
I, too, am guilty of feeling the political blood lust rise within me when I see these things happen. I was in the process of sharing this video to social media when I paused and rethought. I scrapped that plan and came back to this thread instead. There are two reasons for that.
1. I want to be a good representative of Senator Sanders' ideas and vision for how we get things done in the future of this country. One thing upon which we must focus is the accentuation of the positive. The negative becomes obvious in the face of the positive and thus eliminates the necessity of our dwelling in the mire.
2. As sad as it may seem, we may need Secretary Clinton in the future in some capacity. I refuse to believe she is an evil human being. She may have exploited an agenda to support a public life in politics but she didn't have to choose a progressive one. We all realize that she could be an ideal fit in the GOP, so we should be glad that her career has been spent advancing, although incrementally, a progressive agenda. I just don't think that her transgressions are particularly more egregious than the majority of other politicians and warrant destruction when she stands so close to a more ideal candidate. Clinton could become an ally in an indeterminate future and all of the vitriol aimed her way in this primary becomes difficult to rescind when we hope to apply her wisdom and talent in some way as we transition toward a post-modern U.S.
In short, I think her behavior sucks too. I just don't want to waste time and energy on ruining her when I might have to spend more resurrecting her in the future.
Quite the mouthful, I'm sure.
Go Bernie, Go!
