That post was so incoherent it was hard to tell, and Bernie's name was not mentioned.

And the description doesn't sound like Bernie at all . . . "everyone always liked my sister more than me & says she smarter & has more friends than me & lets her pick the day of the party & NOT ME". And "Geezus just go off to retire with some dignity on your family island ..St Lucia ,Caribbean already".

Bernie has a family island? St Lucia? Who knew?

But it's possible to believe that the Bernie haters on DU would misrepresent him to such an extent. The level of discourse here is getting ridiculous.

My f**king gawd is this the whole basis of his ADD driven campaign?

It's really getting hard to understand exactly what he wants.

If he had Hillary's resume maybe he'd get the attention & endorsements she does. If he'd stop whinning (sic) & playing the blame game, maybe he'd be as respected by endorsees as she is.

Honestly this last MSNBC interview about the debates is really embarrassing just to watch him.

It was incoherent, but the hate is pretty over the top.

but, good god, that post was horribly written.

I know they hate those of us on DU who support Bernie, and of course they mock his ideas, but I haven't seen this level of angst aimed directly at Bernie (so far). It's getting really ugly.

They must be really anxious about Hillary's dropping poll numbers!

I'm not sure she'd be happy they support her - depends on her level of desperation.

because his supporters are so mean and awful...and I see this all the time.

Why can't they see that they do it too, just as bad?

And the other thing, if they are so shallow to vote based on not the candidate, but the candidate's supporters, then who cares if they vote at all? I want to see people voting tor issues, not personalities.

I may have just missed it, but I've not seen anyone say they wouldn't vote for Hillary because her supporters turned them off.
