TYT on the double standard re: FBI criminal investigation of HRC emails

TYT had a great segment in which Cenk pointed out the double standard on how Hillary's candidacy is treated when it comes to the emails.

To summarize, he points out that if Bernie was facing a criminal investigation by the Feds and one of his former campaign workers had been granted immunity--after pleading the 5th--then the MSM would be all over Bernie telling him to drop out of the race, and saying that it would be a massive problem in the general election if an indictment was handed down, and that it would mean he was unelectable.

This is a good point. I can also guarantee you that the Clinton supporters on DU would be howling about it endlessly, and how nobody who treats sensitive information so casually to begin with can possibly be qualified to lead the country. But of course, when it's their favored candidate, then it's no biggie, and certainly nothing to worry about a possible indictment or continuing FBI criminal probe in a general election.

He also mentions the Clinton Foundation pay-for-play problem, which is curiously (read: not-so-curiously) MIA in the press.

Clinton supporters need to get real: Hillary was already unelectable before the email server issue, and before the Clinton Foundation pay-for-play issue. How is she somehow more electable now? Unfortunately, they are in full kamikaze mode and taking the entire left along for the crash with them.

...there have been so many scandals (including a number of fake ones by the GOP) that people just sort of shrug about it. You can't blame the GOP on this deal though. It's the FBI and Justice Department, which are both run by people appointed by a Democratic President.
