The effort behind Bernie Sanders goes beyond the hype. We will be at the convention either as the nominee or as a force to be reckoned with. This movement will continue long after the election. The movement is needed, and those that back Sanders will be behind him if he gains office and with him if he doesn't. Bernie Sanders is the only light I see in the dark landscape before us. Will Hillary win...who cares, something different is happening in this nation and I am happy to be a part of it. GO BERNIE!!

Why bother with democracy if you won't count all the votes before declaring the winner?

Is it possible even on DU it is just about who is the winner? Is America's love of sports indicating a lack of insight and simply the need to be on the winning side even though our lives could be so much better? I hope it is only Trump's supporters that crave the lure of the authoritarian "Winner" and that thinking Democrats would look to the future which should lift the lowliest among us.
