It seems to me that that would probably earn Bernie more Delegates.

(25,239 posts)According to the Arizona Sec of State's website - they still are at 90% of the precincts reporting. They still haven't counted all the regular votes. There is something really wrong with this state and how they manage their elections. If this is not fixed before November we'll be inaugurating a Repug president.

(3,040 posts)If a person who's registration happened to change and had to cast a provisional ballot probably won't be. But I could be wrong.

(517 posts)Thousands of documented cases of registered Dems being given provisional ballots because the computer had them listed as something else. The only way to represent the voters, by both campaigns is to count those provisional ballots. Clinton and Sanders can both lead the fight for their constituents. After all, if they want to represent the country, they should be able to represent AZ.
