the Maricopa Recorders has 'finished' with the provisional ballots....and, of course, it sucks..

They examined 24,639 ballots of those 4,631 were deemed 'good' and 20,008 were deemed non-valid....

So, if you cast a provisional ballot in Maricopa County last week your ballot had a 1 in 5 chance of actually counting.
