If you are a New York State resident PLEASE VOTE on the Bill through OP's link and send a message to your representative asking them to rush this through before the April 19th Primary.
It is undemocratic to say that New Yorkers don't get a voice in deciding our next President until after private parties have whittled our choices down to just two eligible candidates (R or D). That is not democracy, that is the definition of Oligarchy.
