On the evening of June 7, highly recommend logging onto the Guardian website for a voiceless output of election results. County by county results in all of the states voting that day are quickly updated. No Rachel, no Tweety, no FAUX is very refreshing. I, for one, would like to see our MSM ratings plunge that night.
San Diego is the 2nd largest city and is not getting what they need.
I am working (unpaid) with them as a volunteer coordinator, remotely. I am setting people up, whatever state they live in, to call the campaign's San Diego volunteer list to encourage and schedule them to canvass. Canvassing is the most effective way to get out the vote. If we want a good turnout in San Diego we need more people calling volunteers because we have so much ground to cover.
Please consider PMing me if you or any of your friends is wishing they could do something meaningful to help in California. Minimum commitment of 5 hours between now and Monday night, spread out however you'd like, that's really doable, come on. This is our time, everyone. Time to step up and take responsibility for whatever we can contribute to the revolution we are yearning for.
