because of that?
I know differences exist between civil and criminal law, but an illegal search can knock evidence out in a criminal trial. Just wondering if the same can happen in a civil case.

if that were an issue, all that would need to be done is to ask for the DNC's copies in discovery. Presto: stolen document issue disappears.
