Sanders to meet delegates before Dem Convention (The Hill)
Bernie Sanders will meet with his about 1,900 delegates before the Democratic National Convention begins this Monday, according to a new report.
The message promises Sanders delegates a “very special meeting with Bernie himself” before the convention opens.
Sanders’s campaign will also conduct several morning seminars briefing supporters on next steps concerning his policy priorities.
Topics scheduled for discussion include single-payer healthcare, criminal justice reform and the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP).
Another session with senior Sanders aides is slated to explain to delegates “how to keep the political revolution going strong.”
