Bernie Sanders Supporters, You say you want a Revolution?

Published on Aug 22, 2015

Bernie Sanders has called for a POLITICAL REVOLUTION. Sane Progressive takes a look at what that really means and what it will require to seriously respond to such a solemn challenge. Much more then is being currently discussed right now.

This is exactly how I feel. We are fighting an entire system, remember that.

To think that the entrenched military/industrial/national security complex is going to be voted out of existence is very naive. These folks have the power and are not simply going to give it up because progressives win an election.

2. And that's if our votes are counted, with two stolen elections, all the tools are still in place.

This really is an entrenched system that will not quietly bow out...they've won with every ugly tool at their disposal, the media, our gov't's revolving door...the unsafeguarded voting machines themselves...

Right now it's still the Democrats (all good) against the Republicans (all bad). The values are reversed for the other side. Many well meaning people don't want to believe Hillary represents the 1% and their destructive policies. Of course she's more liberal on social issues which then becomes the reason to vote for her. Meanwhile, the basic economic and political structure remains the same.

Perhaps a shortage of water or the loss of an aquifer That's why we have the Patriot Act-they want to be ready for public disturbances on a large scale.

We are Boomers, Boomer children, Boomer grandchildren. We are Mayflower or first generation. We are fed up with the status quo, because we are starving from it.
