1. "forcibly removed?" Why not just "removed?"

The only option presented sounds too violent to me.
She should be removed from her position. Force should not be required or contemplated.

14. Remove by a Simple Majority of the DNC - It's in DNC Articles & By-Laws

Section 2. The National Chairperson, the five Vice Chairpersons, the National Finance Chair, the Treasurer, and the Secretary, shall be elected:
(a) at a meeting of the Democratic National Committee held after the succeeding presidential election and prior to March 1 next, and,
(b) whenever a vacancy occurs. The National Chairperson shall be elected and may be removed by a majority vote of the Democratic National Committee, and each term shall expire upon the election for the following term.

Section 4. The National Chairperson shall serve full time and shall receive such compensation as may be determined by agreement between the Chairperson and the Democratic National Committee. In the conduct and management of the affairs and procedures of the Democratic National Committee, particularly as they apply to the preparation and conduct of the Presidential nomination process, the Chairperson shall exercise impartiality and evenhandedness as between the Presidential candidates and campaigns. The Chairperson shall be responsible for ensuring that the national officers and staff of the Democratic National Committee maintain impartiality and evenhandedness during the Democratic Party Presidential nominating process.

19. There are any number of DNC peeps, even executive committee ones, who want her gone

Some came out of the woodwork a month or two ago, about the paltry & poorly scheduled debate schedule,
and forcefully called her out about it. One is a Vice-Chairwoman, Democratic Representative Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii.
I think she would make an excellent replacement actually.

http://www.bloomberg.com/politics/articles/2015-10-16/insurrection-erupts-at-the-democratic-national-committee

DWS is ALREADY skating on VERY thin ice, and it wouldn't take much for her to go under IMHO.

13. Probably not, but I'm doing this anyway. She's that awful for the Party.

Look at the 2014 midterm results based on her strategy of "Pretend you've never heard of Obama or the ACA, even if you voted for the ACA."

She should have been thrown out the day that became the strategy for that election.

10. Why the heck is the word "forcibly" in there?

If they mean "involuntarily," that is implied in the word "removed."

I'm non violent, but I'm voting for that one anyway, on the theory that whoever wrote it needs a dictionary.

I think the intent is clear. i.e. that she won't go voluntarily or quietly .. she's made that
pretty clear.

20. I love, love, love when someone says I made him or her smile or laugh.

It's even Biblical:

A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.

Proverbs 17:22 King James Version

When I was in intensive care, someone sent me a card that said that.

But yes, if she's removed, she's removed. We don't need to know how.

And, if perchance I did know how, I'd gladly keep it to myself.

don't pay any attention to who they vote to send to the DNC. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if most people didn't know that they vote for DNC members.
