But I agree that if he is in the White House, that no fascist will live there while he does.

like flip-flopping and nuancing and clever language, that would be pandering. If he says the same thing, just to different audiences, correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought that this was a democracy and you stick to your message and tell it to everyone.

I think what has some people feeling fearful is that Bernie is talking to groups of folks that aren't traditionally lined up with Our Party. Good for him. It's time. He's talking about real things that apply to real people...many of whom have just given up. The economic message cuts across all biases and boundaries. Others do, as well, but economics is in everyone's interest, one way or the other.

The right is supporting the politics of fear and division. Bernie preaches us to unite for the greater good

it's always about the money. About how to get more of it up to the .1% of Americans. About how to further warp the political field, to ensure that the rich do not have to pay their fair share of taxes, that they get richer, etc.

Remember Mitt Romney saying that taxes "should be discussed in quiet rooms." Compare that with VP Biden's observation that a budget is a moral statement. Certainly Bernie believes that it's a moral statement.

They didn't give an explanation, other than they look at the numbers.

They always claim they "have the numbers." Or "its in the statistics." But when you ask them to prove it they tell you to "do your own research." Or they treat you like you too stupid to spend time on.
