Of more immediate concern, folks should be aware (because all Iowans are not!) that 17 year olds here in Iowa are allowed to participate in the Iowa Democratic Caucus so long as they will be 18 by November in time to vote in the General Election.
They might need to be told that, as it is not necessarily common knowledge here.
