Happy Father's Day Message from Beto O'Rourke...this literally made me cry

The man talking about crossing the river to help his kids is Beto's father for anyone who did not know.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Beto O'Rourke

3. His father also worked for Jesse Jackson at some point

There is a photo somewhere of Beto and Jesse Jackson when he was a boy.

8. What an Inspiring Counter-Message to the Daily Ugliness That Trump & the GOP Have Inundated Us With

It gives me hope that the goodness of most Americans will ultimately prevail over the poisonous Trump/GOP toxin.

11. That's a big part of Beto's appeal to me...he is joyful and so positive

He gives me reason to hope again and I need that after what Trump has done. America NEEDS hope, too.

12. i think he should not hold back on the whole "hands" thing and being animated

it's just who he is. people will always complain about something. but he is himself when he does that and it shows he is passionate about what he is talking about.

13. I've always found that the most motivating, inspirational and interesting people

communicate not only with their voice but with their hands/arms, facial expressions, varied tone of their voice, etc.

I find that a lot of politicians tend to stand completely still, never change expressions and speak in a sort of monotone way. I can't even watch the ones like that. I think some try to come across with a soft, soothing or calm voice and I just hate that. I want a joyful, hopeful message that fires me up in a GOOD way. I do NOT want to be put to sleep.
