Has Biden spoken at either of today's events yet?

I've been working on a course I'm teaching next month and even though I have the television on in the background, I could have missed it.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for: Joe Biden

premiums paid through taxes for those who can’t afford it. “Free” community college. Discussing climate change and more.

He’s rolling fast because there is not much time allotted. Glad to see him on a roll.
