"technically" occur is probably a moot point. I think we will have a 'likely' candidate by the time Super Tuesday is over. That may not make a lot of people happy (and I surely understand why, if you are in a state that has not yet voted), but I think this has been done to try to ensure we are not still fighting it out prior to the convention and can fully unify against Trump.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
