To really get the whole story we need more of the flavor of that time .

of history we're told we've past while we live in a systemically racist society with white supremacists in the highest levels of government. You can't speak of the "flavor of that time" because Biden was wrong then, wrong now and still clings to that sordid time working with segregationists.

"Obama’s primary political focus in recent years has been on lifting up a new generation of leaders in his party, forcing Democrats beyond nostalgia for the Obama era. He has spoken frequently with friends about placing long-term hope in younger figures like Buttigieg, 37, and O’Rourke, 46, in addition to non-candidates like Stacey Abrams, 45, and Andrew Gillum, 39.

Now, said one former high-level administration and campaign official, Biden is “one of many candidates who may put forward the policies of Barack Obama. But that’s only part of the vision Barack Obama had for the country, which was younger, more diverse, moving forward. And that’s why there’s a lot of trepidation among people, like Obama, who want to stay out of this for now.”

How Does Obama Feel About Biden’s Candidacy? It’s Complicated.

I think Biden and Harris rock. I really dig Amy, too. I'm looking at the bats they wield. I love Elizabeth for the same reason.

It's why I love Hillary, and it's why I love the subtle assassinations committed by Barack.

Fuck McConnell and the stacked SC. Keep on keeping on.

5. I love her but she fucked up with the bussing ambush which was so angrily delivered sans any
Thu Jun 27, 2019, 10:33 PM

explanation, rendering it nothing but an ambush that no one could really follow. Those of us old enough to remember bussing know it was controversial from the first, but even many civil rights leaders believed it necessary to achieve desegregation. it became more controversial as time went on and it sounded like Kamala was taking that stance given she herself was bussed.

Biden's position was apparently not represented accurately. Given time constraints it was impossible to both correct what had happened and to respond to Kamala's issue, much less show the empathy that many would like to have seen.

it was an ambush and worse, very poorly delivered.

I still love Kamala, but that was a BIG mistake.
