Just had chat with a Freshman member of Congress in a competitive district...

...who said that yesterday's vote on Impeachment was a big distraction, esp. with Mueller's testimony next week.

If I were to vote in a presidential

Just had a talk with a deep pocket donor. (not a distraction)

Told them that my colleagues doing what they feel is constitutionally necessary is a distraction.
