Biden would start anything on the debate stage. But judging from the tweets Booker has been sending, he plans to initiate the attack. If he does, Biden has the ammunition to finish.

...it's not as if there's some new ground to be plowed here.

Joe would be better off shifting to health care. I'd wager Sen. Harris isn't as prepared for that discussion as he would be.

As to that tweet you posted, Biden’s gotten under Trump’s skin repeatedly. Which is why Trump has twittered a lot of dumb shit about Biden. Your tweeter is apparently not paying attention.
