9. No, he isn't. Any more than O'Rourke and Warren were when they confused where they were:

https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/458705-biden-mistakes-new-hampshire-for-vermont-during-campaign-stop

Other candidates have tripped up on the campaign trail while mentioning where they are in recent weeks, including former Rep. Beto O'Rourke (D-Texas), who reportedly mixed up South Carolina and North Carolina during a campaign stop in Greensboro in April, and Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), who misspoke while referring to California and Washington D.C. earlier this week.

20. Yes indeed. That's what I'm trying to say, when one is on the road for weeks at a time.....

....one can lose track of exactly where one is when speaking off the cuff.

21. They weren't publicized. Reporters are ignoring or minimizing gaffes by the other candidates,

just going after Biden for this sort of trivial mistake.

10. Love Joe's humanity,wisdom, sanity, and A-1 job-specific qualifications. Only candidate with

compelling message for all Americans who care about our ideals, here, and throughout the world.

This election is nothing less than for “the soul of America.”

If Joe is nuts, so am I.

Fix the damage, Joe.
The world needs you.

13. When you have to tell people you're not nuts...

...it's like telling people that you're a stable genius.

Joe is a nice enough guy, but really, I don't want another old white guy as President. The Vietnam war is over and all the hippies need walkers. Can we please stop trying to re-live the past. The good old days really weren't all that great.

18. Unless one is obviously joking. But I get how Biden's trolling doesn't fit the narrative....

I truly understand why you have to deny his obvious self-deprecating humor... otherwise, your concern would be granted all the consideration it is in fact, due.
