"Hillary Clinton is still pulling the strings": The Sirota Left goes Full Fake

Over the last week there are been a flurry of stories about Elizabeth Warren links to Hillary Clinton across the political spectrum, and a twitterverse surge to match them. Where's this coming from? Fans of #NeverHillary will not be disappointed.

Hillary Clinton is still pulling the strings

Hillary Clinton is still pulling the strings. Warren showed her loyalty and will be rewarded by establishment support. Warren is an establishment candidate, a vote for Warren is a vote for Hillary Clinton and a continuation of their corrupt practices within the Democratic Party. #NeverWarren

She's been so consistent in her support for centrist establishment candidates proving her loyalty to the Clinton machine. She has Hillbots in her campaign now, and like Obama she'll fill her administration with Clintonites, leaving Hillary pulling Warren's strings in the shadows.

What will a Warren administration look like? Instead of getting a list from Citigroup (like Obama) she'll be getting her list from Hillary Clinton herself.

Warren is Hillary 2.0.

Clinton meets individually with potential 2020 Dems: report

CNN and Axios reported Friday that Clinton has had private conversations with prominent Democrats such as Sens. Kamala Harris(D-Calif.), Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) and Cory Booker(D-N.J.), as well as others including Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti (D) and Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper (D).

"People are direct in saying they want her support," one source close to Clinton told CNN. "Others are reaching out."

PS: Did you know that Sirota and Nina Turner and Briahna Joy Gray all supported and voted for Jill Stein? That makes we question the judgement and priorities of the BS campaign. I really can't support a candidate whose staff and writers and surrogates have such a positive view of Jill Stein.

Some of them are scared fictional Hillary is going to demand a VP position wherein she will rule the country like Dick Cheney. If the candidate does not agree it would be "the same as signing your own death warrant." There must be a diabolical plan: "so much money to be made!"; she's "soliciting bids for her endorsement"; they "wonder what kinds of contracts the candidates have signed with the devil." They call her the w-word again. One says Warren is Obama 2.0: "promise anything, deliver nothing."

Yes, it's not about policy, some sort of unfocused rage about nothing. All anyone has to do is go to comment threads from 2016 at a lot of sites: articles about Hillary have a majority of negative comments about Hillary and articles about Bernie have a majority of negative comments about Hillary. It's not about Bernie, it's about a demonized enemy, making Democrats the enemy.

at him hopefully when Warren wouldn't run. An hour reading everything I could find on his history to that point convinced me he wasn't a person I'd be voting for, but at that point he was cruising toward the end of an unproductive, 3-decade career in congress, most distinguished for reliably voting for legislation written by his Democratic colleagues after, more often than not, badmouthing it and them.

The clues to how, in pursuit of big power, his attitudes might play out as contempt for the democratic pluralism that favors mainstream liberalism were there, of course, but most strongly from long before he grabbed the gold ring, much earlier in life. I mostly just saw an ineffectual socialist senator who was self-sidelined by his inability to respect and work with his colleagues, but still fantasizing harmlessly about socialist revolution in the midst of plenty. Then came his new stage of life in 2015, a chance to take the national stage, which we now know never ended for him and continues today.

I believe he'd still be a senator running out the clock on his political life, though, if not gifted with the troubled times radicalism, and revolution, feed on and Elizabeth Warren's inspiring achievements creating a big vacuum of demand for more. Our times are overfilled with anomalies and accidents of history.

56. Why is Bernie Stalled
Wed Sep 11, 2019, 07:16 PM
Sep 2019

This is an interesting article https://theweek.com/articles-amp/862766/why-bernie-stalled?__twitter_impression=true

While he was averaging around 24 percent at the time, Sanders has dropped to just over 16. He did fine in the first two debates, but didn't get a bounce of out them. And it's getting increasingly tough to dispute that he's at least been caught, if not passed, by Warren.

It's impossible to pinpoint the origin of these troubles, but some of his personnel decisions might help explain them. In March, his campaign announced that it had hired as his speechwriter the firebrand progressive journalist David Sirota, who days before the 2012 election wrote that it didn't matter whether Mitt Romney or Barack Obama appointed the next Supreme Court justice. Sirota's public record of Obama-hating actually stretches back more than a decade and bringing him on board indicated that Sanders privately shares his distaste for the former president, who remains wildly popular with Democratic voters.

While most people are blissfully unaware of these kinds of campaign machinations and couldn't care less who writes anyone's oratories, Sanders was still placing one of the most important posts of campaign into the hands of someone who loathes the Democratic Party. And whatever you may or may not think of Sirota, this was an enormous strategic misstep. Whereas Warren has run an above-the-fray campaign in which she rarely criticizes the other candidates directly and doesn't waste time warring with the press or feuding with the Center For American Progress, Sirota has repeatedly plunged his candidate into internecine battles with other camps and continued Sanders' self-destructive fixation on media unfairness.....

That's why hiring journalist and former contributor to this site Briahna Joy Gray, who publicly announced on Twitter that she voted third-party in 2016, was another curious choice. It is why the decision to allow actress and Ralph Nader/Jill Stein enthusiast Susan Sarandon to introduce him at campaign events in Iowa is so mind-boggling. Sarandon is near the top of a short list of people who cause the heads of Clinton diehards to explode. And hey, maybe you hate Clinton and Clintonism and Clinton voters, but this remains a not-winning strategy in a Democratic primary in which you need to persuade a certain number of them to join your team.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Depends what the game is. If Senator Sanders intended to send an unmistakle public signal to friends and enemies alike that the campaign is about the revolution, and not the nomination, it's mission accomplished.

That's all I had to read. Who does Sirota work for--Bernie or Don the Con?

This is another attack on the Democratic Party, and sorry, if these are the mouthpieces Sanders has hired, he's responsible for the garbage they spew, the endless both-sides-are-the-same fallacy.

This may play to revolutionaries but frankly, at a time when the country is in peril, I find it disgusting.

Bernie wants to know why he's losing? This is a prime example.

And they are making the case that an old rich white man is being held down by two women? And trashing the shit out of those two women along the way?

Am I reading that right?
