3. Wild Contrasts in National Pollng

Zogby , Obama's pollster David Binder , Morning Consult and Harris -X have Biden still way out in front . Quinnipiac , You Guv, and Monmouth have Warren pushing ahead - with all the momentum ...I've been studying polls for over 40 years and have never seen such wild variations in results ..

7. Biden would be a shoe-in if he was a bit younger

It is impossible to have the energy to slog through a year long presidential campaign in late 70's.
Warren is showing lots of energy and stamina and is articulate. Will be very interesting finish!

8. Warren is 70 and Biden is 76

Are you claiming Warren being 6 years younger is something significant??

10. Enormous difference depending on how you lived your life!

I am 79, go the gym 4 times every week with 30 minutes on treadmill and 15 minutes lifting weights.
I can walk 18 holes pushing my cart, and break my age half the time on the golf course! Less than 0,1% golfers can do that. I never smoked, do not drink alcohol.

Last week I was at the eye doctor's office for my exam. My retina photo's showed I have 95% good retina. Which is fabulous at my age. This was a new eye clinic for me because we moved 4 months ago.
No one in the office could believe I was 79! The doc said he took me for early 60's.

The point is, we do NOT age at the same rate. Genetics, living habits and luck all play a part.
My mom lived to be 103, both my grand fathers lived in mid-90's.

11. Are saying Biden has not lived his life in a healthy manner?

Joe looks and sounds great to me and so does Warren. The minimal gap in their age is meaningless.

12. Joe walks slowly, speaks deliberately

Liz is jumping around, speaking mile a minute. She is a bundle of energy.
I have no clue what kind of living habits these 2 candidates had.
I am just observing the results.
I am 79 and I can walk 6 miles on the hilly golf course pushing my golf cart.
Very very few people can do that. And I need zero medications and have zero pain issues anywhere in my body. Medicare is making out like a bandit on my case. They get to pay no medical bills for me.

13. Joe has always been that way. That's his personality not age.

I would suggest not criticizing any of our candidates based on age related issues. It does our side no good.

It is however an issue across the board to have 70+ candidates running for President. The stress, the travel, the lack of sleep, etc.. it can take a toll no doubt as we just saw with Bernie. In the beginning I was hoping none of these 70 plusers would run but there they are.

2. Here are the results of the HarrisX Poll released tonight ( 9/29- 10/2)

Joe 32% Liz 22 % Bernie 14% ..This poll only samples those deemed "definite voters" Most polls try to identify so called "likely voters" or, in some instances ", registered voters" It makes a surprisingly large difference in topline results
