OMG! "With a vengeance"? Seriously? What an absurd over-statement. --- It's true that he looked better this time than the previous debate... but, he's also been "resting-up" and under a doctor's care. So, GMAB... that's hardly "with a vengeance". That kind of hyperbole just sounds silly.
I've seen "highlights" (which were supposedly his "best" or "most memorable" moments) and he comes across as having slowed down quite a lot. Even in the still photos, he looks exhausted (but, in fairness... the photo may have been taken an hour after the event started, so... you know... I suppose it makes sense... I'd be looking tired too.)
In any case, all the pep-talk in the world won't change the fact that his "fainting spell" (or whatever it was that caused him to "trip and fall" in the hotel bathroom) and his HEART ATTACK and his MULTIPLE STENTS give the impression of someone who's just not going to be up for the VERY STRESSFUL job of POTUS.
Even our most healthy presidents... they enter the job looking all fit, with vim and vigor... and at the end of their term, they look like they've aged 25 years. Do the math. The long hours, the stress, the travel, the jet-lag... it's almost too much for even the most healthy among us who haven't had a heart attack, or who don't have afib or clogged arteries or stents.
It'll take more than a heart attack to slo his mo!!
That's what I'm saying it did do. Even after all those days he spent resting and recovering, he's not "back" yet. I have serious doubts that he ever will be.
