1. Agree...

... I saw, in another thread, Tulsi and Hillary are now competing in the primaries - according to Tulsi's tweet - it has come down to a contest between these two... I guess everyone else dropped out... I haven't seen it reported on the news yet, and it will need to be updated, here... anyway, I will put the Hillary icon for my pick, when the site is updated.

25. Agree.

And I voted Clinton in the primary and general. Would again if put up against the current field. Doesn’t make me want to find reasons to think this is anything positive when it’s not.

Atkins, Gabbard is an ass.

18. Hillary didn't out Gabbard. Gabbard outed herself. The Hillary

quote didn't name Gabbard at all. Gabbard thought it was directed at her because it hit a little too close to home.

23. Tulsi Has Been VERY Supportive of Bernie. Will Bernie Abandon Her?

In fact, it seemed like she was auditioning to be his running mate, since she made it a point to aggressively attack all of his rivals, rather than Bernie, even though they would appear to be trying to appeal to the same crowd:

'The Sanders Institute': Jane Sanders launches new progressive think tank

"We'll be producing original content and telling the stories of the people we have met along the way and the issues that are of concern to them," Jane Sanders said in an interview. "We saw wonderful initiatives throughout this country in terms of dealing with the issues that are most important to various populations. And what we want to do is shine a light on them and think about how we can best replicate them."

Sanders said one area of focus for her will be Native American issues, and specifically the concerns she heard on reservations about inadequately funded and mismanaged Indian health services. She plans to go to Alaska to highlight the Southcentral Foundation's work to improve the health conditions of Alaska Natives as "a beacon for what can be done" in a cost-effective way in Indian health care and rural areas across the country.

Other founding fellows include high-profile advisers and supporters from the Sanders campaign. They are Robert Reich, who served as President Bill Clinton’s labor secretary; Vermont author and environmentalist Bill McKibben; actor Danny Glover; Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, D-Hawaii; economist Stephanie Kelton; Ben Jealous, former NAACP president and chief executive officer and now a gubernatorial candidate in Maryland; author and civil rights activist Cornel West; Former Ohio state senator Nina Turner; economist Jeffrey Sachs; and entertainer and civil rights activist Harry Belafonte.

Sanders Institute Conference Aims To Unify Progressive Movement

Progressive politicians, activists and leaders gathered Thursday in Burlington for the kickoff of a two-day conference.

The event — called "The Gathering" — is being put on by the Sanders Institute, a progressive policy think tank founded by Jane O’Meara Sanders, the wife of Sen. Bernie Sanders.

The lineup for the conference includes a number of high-profile figures like San Juan Mayor Carmen Yulín Cruz, U.S. Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, actor Danny Glover and Dr. Cornel West.

On Thursday night, West gave a passionate introduction to Bernie Sanders and praised him for being focused on helping the working class.

7. I don't support Tulsi, and would not vote for her, but it is a sad day, when members of our own

party throw other democrats under the bus with no proof of any wrongdoing, especially someone who has put themselves in harms way to serve our country. I may not agree with her policies, but I am so disappointed right now. If this is an indication of where we are going, we are in big trouble.

10. There is no proof, and in my opinion, stating that a sitting member of congress is basically a

traitor to their county is a pretty serious accusation to throw around without proof. Honestly, I just believe in fairness, and I don't think this is justified. You can dislike her policies, her visiting in Syria, but that is not proof of what Hillary is alluding to.

24. No proof, you say?

The Russian propaganda machine that tried to influence the 2016 U.S. election is now promoting the presidential aspirations of a controversial Hawaii Democrat who earlier this month declared her intention to run for president in 2020.

An NBC News analysis of the main English-language news sites employed by Russia in its 2016 election meddling shows Rep. Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii, who is set to make her formal announcement Saturday, has become a favorite of the sites Moscow used when it interfered in 2016.

Several experts who track websites and social media linked to the Kremlin have also seen what they believe may be the first stirrings of an upcoming Russian campaign of support for Gabbard.

Since Gabbard announced her intention to run on Jan. 11, there have been at least 20 Gabbard stories on three major Moscow-based English-language websites affiliated with or supportive of the Russian government: RT, the Russian-owned TV outlet; Sputnik News, a radio outlet; and Russia Insider, a blog that experts say closely follows the Kremlin line. The CIA has called RT and Sputnik part of "Russia's state-run propaganda machine."

I am very disappointed, but fortunately she's at 1% in the polls, so she is in no way an indication of where we are going.

15. No. If she withdraws or is asked to resign from the race, then Hillary's prediction may come true.

Gabbard may then decide to run as a 3rd party out of spite and take votes away from the Democratic nominee.
Let Gabbard stay where she is. She's not going to win anyway.

there are several green activists who want their party's nomination, including a party founder Howie Hawkins. which 3rd party is ms gabbard allegedly "being groomed" to lead? the way to beat them is to embrace their issues, which are well within our principles and goals.

this is a side show that is not good for any party, but is divisive and unnecessary for democrats. ms Clinton was wrong to bring it up. we need to leave this behind us.
