CBS This Morning: Could AOC be Bernie Sanders' running mate? "I think I'm too young for that," ...

Sen. Bernie Sanders is getting a major boost to his presidential campaign after his heart attack nearly three weeks ago. The left-wing congresswoman, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, endorsed him in front of more than 25,000 people at a weekend rally in New York City. CBS News’ Nikole Killion spoke with them in their first joint network interview after the announcement.

CBS news was actually something to admire

CBS Anchor was Walter Cronkite
Correspondents and Field Reporters were people like Mike Wallace, Dan Rather, Ed Bradley, Roger Mudd, Lesley Stahl, Marvin Kalb and Eric Sevareid

Those "reporters" are unaware of the fundamental requirements for the presidency. What a stupid proposition.

Further, I think AOC has diminished her influence by endorsing Senator Sanders. Will she have any influence if and when he isn't the nominee?

It makes me wonder if she has started to believe her own hype. After all, she's a first-term congresswoman with a very limited political history.

I've been utterly disappointed in mainstream news organizations for quite some time now. Hardly a day goes by when I don't read a misspelling, or an ungrammatical sentence in a "major" news source's articles.

I learned back in junior high school (perhaps before then) that a VP candidate had to meet the same eligibility requirements as a Presidential one, and that 35 was the Constitutionally mandated minimum age for that position. Aren't they teaching that any more?

So, in 40 years, what have you actually done for them?

Face it, if AOC were old enough to run for Veep with him, that ticket cannot possibly win red states and might lose most of the blue ones.

Bernie has been talking about the issue we have cared about for 40 years easy.

Just because he wasnt a king and could just pass bills does not mean he wasnt trying or giving a voice to working class.

His last run he brought a lot of attention and ideas into the public and has changed public opinion.
