I noticed looking at this again, Joe stuttered a little.

The truly creepy part? Put Ryan's comments in context of today's toadyism of everything Trump--national security, pushing back on Russia and Syria, looking weak in the world. All that lip service has been thrown to the wind for the sake of Donald Trump. They're not even trying anymore, just embracing the corruption and malfeasance in broad daylight.

This is a great greet and meet strategy, something Joe Biden is very adept at. Suspect he borrowed the idea from John McCain's Straight Talk Express but with his own twist. The 'No Malarkey' theme conjures up Biden's debate with Paul Ryan, another use of the malarkey line, something Biden used to great effect. He took down Ryan with a smile and a bucketload of facts.

For those who want to ridicule the effort? I guarantee the line was road tested in advance.
