If Biden is the nominee you have to hope people turn out to vote cause they aren’t turning out to his speeches or donating time or money.

If he is the nominee it’s more like wake me up when it’s time to vote - he is light years better than Trump but shouldn’t we be moving forward with new ideas?

He was using a Teleprompter for that non-existent speech and he lost interest in it within minutes. Some pleasant riffs about his VP days, a couple of Trump jokes and there you have it. Can you imagine if he had to dig into actual policy?

Anyway, this is why he’s doing damage control in Iowa this week. They’re worried about a 3rd or 4th place finish.
