How is Bloomberg getting so much support?

He has demonstrated contempt for the homeless, women, and civil rights for black people.

I tried looking up his stance on the minimum wage - Google is useless when trying to look him up.

On the ISideWith website it shows he supports a raise in the minimum wage and wants to adjust it every year in line with inflation ?!

primary today, I would vote for:

He's not on the level of trump but he's not far enough away from him on that issue for my liking.

Nothing about tax policy changes on his website. His record on that looks decent but I want to know what he plans to do.

Why would anyone choose a president because he gives to charity? Tax deductions are great. We need tax reform.

I'm thinking of stop-and-frisk in particular. And lots of Republicans give to charity, too... that's hardly a qualification for being a good Democrat.

Yes, he's supported Democratic candidates. He's also supported Republican candidates. (I'm not talking about distant history here.)

As a mayor, he wasn't bad for someone running on the Republican ticket. But in all three mayoral races, he beat more desirable Democrats.

This didn't seem to get much notice here, but this interview comes about as close to "disqualifying" as I could imagine...

Even, there I say it here? Andrew Yang and Tom Steyer.

Many voters still long for a "business owner" to take control of the maddening bureaucracies and just cut through all the paperwork and get things done.

But, as we know, democracy is messy but as others have said: the best we can have. We do have three branches of government and we do need to consider everything into making a decisions.

While none of the men in my examples would do it, not even Trump, we have to remember the successful business owners succeed by, among other things, recognize "non performing assets" and divest out of them. In human terms, these "non performing assets" would be the poor, the sick and the elderly..
