Americans have literally fought and died

for the right to vote, so I am certainly not questioning anyone's right to choose whom they will support, but......................

how is Tulsi still getting 1% in the DU poll after the event of the past few weeks?
I never see anyone posting in her defense here, and I can't imagine how a Democratic enthusiast could support her or her platform.

Any ideas?

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

is the most likely to be correct.
I guess if we were trolling on a GOP site we might list William Weld as our preference.

criticizing another person because of the candidate they support. Never acceptable amongst democrats, period IMHO. I wouldn't ever flame someone for supporting Hillary when i supported Bernie in the primaries, and have only contempt for any who did, or vice versa. Same here: technically she is a Democrat, so personally I'd be happy seeing any booted who gave another person shit for supporting her, even though I sure as hell don't.

I fucking LOATHE Bloomberg, but damned if I'm going to criticize anyone on this board for supporting them, same with every other candidate. But I can sure as hell see people piling on anyone who supported her- so I can easily see her having much more support than just number of posts would indicate.

I recall 2016 with plenty of nastiness between Bernie and Hillary supporters. I think it is *ALWAYS* wrong.

At least not about her. Clearly, she is unpopular with most DUers, and for good reasons. She remains a Democratic Primary candidate, though, for the time being.

rushed back to DU to change their favorite candidate pick to someone else or to change their favorite candidate pick to undecided. Also, if people are not sure who to choose after deciding his or her vote won't be for Tulsi, he or she may not switch until he or she is sure who they want instead. Odds are, most who were "Team Tulsi" recently are probably already looking for an alternative.
