Obama Is Reportedly Talking Up Elizabeth Warren With Donors

I love this!!!!

“He obviously thinks she’s very smart,” one Democratic donor told The Hill.

Former President Barack Obama has been privately praising presidential hopeful Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), The Hill reported Monday.

According to sources familiar with the interactions, Obama has been talking up Warren in conversations with donors who are hesitant to support a candidate running a campaign that’s critical of Wall Street and America’s billionaire class.

“He obviously thinks she’s very smart,” one Democratic donor told The Hill. “He thinks her policy ideas matter. And I think he sees her running the campaign with the most depth.”

that he wants to dispel fears those donors might have about Warren should she win the Primary and at this time nothing more, right?
I'm just asking because The Hill is sometimes very creative with their article titles and now Huffpost seems to add their take.

...I honestly don't think this is true. There will be plenty of time to drum up support among contributors after Super Tuesday after which we most likely will have a presumptive nominee, Joe Biden.

To date, according to the Democrat, Obama has met with Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders; Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren; former Vice President Joe Biden; former Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick; New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker; former New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu; Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti; South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Peter Buttigieg; former Missouri Secretary of State Jason Kander; and former Attorney General Eric Holder.

President Obama merely told donors to support Warren if she is the nominee, President Obama is going to have to do a great deal of work to get the large donors to agree to support Warren if she is the nominee.

And if Warren becomes the nominee, Obama has said they must throw the entirety of their support behind her.

I agree with President Obama that we will need to support the nominee of the party. It will take a great deal of work to get some parts of the party to support Warren.

I admit that I am concerned that Warren or sanders as the nominee will kill the chances to flip the Texas state house or pick up congressional seats in Texas
