Biden is in good health and has had good medical care. He and I share the curse of the fair-skinned Irish (particularly those of us who had too much sun exposure as kids): skin cancer. Just had my first run through and I also had the Mohs surgery which tends to leave patients with the least scarring. The top of my ear needed reconstruction but all went as expected.

Joe Biden looks healthy. Good to read the medical summary confirming same.
