I can't imagine being a precinct chair in Iowa!!!

Having to herd cats!!!

I'm one in Texas, but we have a senate convention. Our senate district consists of about 200,000 voters. I think about 500 people might show up to the convention, but we have our TDP reps who are chairing the convention and us underlings will deal with credentials, rules (the hardest part), allocation of delegates (I'm kinda on that committee because I'm doing credentials) and resolutions.

I can't imagine doing a caucus myself and then have to do the top three thing...etc. At least at the senate convention, it's held 3 weeks after the primary, so it's mostly a matter of determining who gets to be a delegate etc
