Bloomberg going for the jugular with his counter punches for 45

Mike Bloomberg @MikeBloomberg

.@realDonaldTrump - we know many of the same people in NY. Behind your back they laugh at you & call you a carnival barking clown. They know you inherited a fortune & squandered it with stupid deals and incompetence.

I have the record & the resources to defeat you. And I will.

Feb 2020

I don't care winning is not just important this year...it is beyond important and imperative that we elect a Democrat and save the Republic. Sanders will lose a general so he is not an option as far as I am concerned. Only twice since Nixon has an incumbent president lost-Jimmy Carter when there was much upheaval and we had Americans held hostage (read what Sanders had to say about this as an aside) and George Bush I who had a relatively mild recession. It will be tough to beat Trump and require a great deal of money. Bloomberg has lots of money and that will really help. It is worth voting for Bloomberg for judges if for no other reason. Someone hear said the other day 'that every election is imperative and they can't all be', really someone needs to look at the big picture. Our situation this election is desperate. It really is.

And since he won't want to have to deal with either a Republican House or Senate, he's prepared to spend his billions (that's in REAL billions) to elect Democrats down the line.

Unfortunately it WILL take many of his billions to do so, but he'll never be destitute, and I'm betting he believes his money will be worth peanuts if tRump is re-elected and becomes the Dictator-in-Chief.

her husband made some inroads but she is a pariah now by all accounts...Trump desperately want their acceptance and never got it...no one will do business with him in New York or even in Atlanta where he had questionable business. In fact, there was a time in one of my Dad's building that he worked with the mob...no choice back then in that industry. He told my brother even the mob thought Trump was a doofus. My Dad never asked for any favors and always made sure he never owed anyone.

One of the reasons he got out of that business was the mob connections. He was a brilliant engineer and actually invented the first carbohydrate based insulation that did not contain formaldehyde and could be blown in...he designed the applicator also. He actually bought books on the subject (taught himself Organic Chemistry) and experimented in our basement after the current offerings made my Mom sick and had to be ripped out.

...and assumes everyone else is, too, because he uses his own 2-dimensional assessment of others. Being glib and superficial are features of DT's antisocial personality disorder.
Bloomberg has more depth and is attacking DT where he is most vulnerable--how he is perceived by all the people he wanted acceptance from in NY. DT wanted to expand his father's empire into Manhattan and he thought all it would take was his own 'want' and a hollow PR campaign to make him appear as a mogul.
DT thinks talking tough, having expensive hair weaves, orange-tinged bronzer slathered on his face, thick shoulder pads, and lifts in his shoes, will make him more manly, but he is only really fooling himself.
I can't wait to see more ads and attacks from Bloomberg. He has DT firmly in his sights.

I do believe that this is what we have to do in the country that we have today. We may not like it, but it's a fact. The American people want a shit show like a reality TV show. Maybe not all of us, but I'd guess the majority of Americans are just numb to the nastiness. Also, if this is what it takes for us to win, then we win first and then try to remove some of the nastiness from our daily discourse.

Hillary was criticized for allowing the Bully in Chief to stalk her onstage at the debates. She really should have turned around and said, "knock it off" or something like that but she decided to remain civil and ignore him. I'm not criticizing her for that because who knew what an absolute imbecile/immature idiot he would be. But now we have seen that there is no limit to his depravity.

I think Bloomberg is the one who can most take him down the way he needs to be taken down. If he's our nominee I will definitely vote for him.

Trump was a piece of shit...she almost bankrupted my friends business when they did business with him...never paid them. It was what he did...several of my Dad's friends in Connecticut were ruined by Trump...he was always a womanizer and had a filthy mouth...I remember going to a broadway show with my girl friends years ago before I married...we went to the plaza after for drinks and a bit to eat...Trump was there as you walked in and he had much to say about our looks...I have seen construction workers with more class...my Dad never did business with him although he was in building also at the time...My youngest brother got involved in one of his schemes and 'S' who pretty much gets along with anyone hate Trump's guts. He was not a Hillary fan but said he would walk 100 miles to vote for her. He calls himself an Independent but I know of only once he voted for the GOP...2004 for Bush. The 911 thing shook many people especially folks who live in the New York area.
