I am from NYC, it had been going on since Koch, just not called Stop & Frisk...that huge dip you see on the graph was under Rudy...who also had similar policies..it did get out of control which is why it has it the fan in his last year or so as mayor...Deblasio has taken over and somehow crime still went lower...but now with the bail reform law passed...and rushed through, it has to be fixed...or Dems will lose alot of office holders....this bail reform has led to a spike in crime recently unfortunately

“experience” really means, since it’s being thrown about as a weapon so much. It certainly doesn’t involve the kind of executive or managerial skill involved in the presidency. It gives you insider knowledge about how the games in Washington are played. But let’s face it, we’re saying we don’t always particularly like what those games have produced over these many decades.

And it’s true, winning big in Minnesota or Vermont is absolutely irrelevant to who can win a national race. These are real questions I’ve asked myself, and I’m glad he asked them. There are some myths to bust.
