I don't recall him ever saying that. And I listen to a lot of Sander's speeches and appearances so I am curious how I missed that.

Considering he has 100% approval rating from planned parenthood does that make sense to you that he would do that?

I do however recall CHA somehow expanding Sander's criticizing establishment politics as somehow including planned parenthood. Are you sure you aren't' confusing what Sanders said with what Cha said he meant to say?

61. Planned Parenthood pushes back against Sanders for 'establishment' comment
Sun Feb 23, 2020, 02:08 AM
Feb 2020
Planned Parenthood and other progressive groups are calling out Bernie Sanders for referring to them as "part of the establishment," saying the Vermont senator needs to show a more explicit commitment to women's reproductive health.

"It's a little ridiculous to call an organization Congress and Republican presidential candidates have spent six months attacking ‘establishment’ — especially when Planned Parenthood health centers are out there every day ensuring millions of often marginalized Americans have access to basic reproductive health care,” Dawn Laguens, executive vice president of Planned Parenthood Action Fund told POLITICO in an email.

Laguens said she was “disappointed” in Sanders’ comments.

“It's regrettable and surprising to hear Sen. Sanders describe the very groups that fight on behalf of millions of often marginalized Americans — people who still have to fight for their most basic rights — as representing the ‘establishment,’” Laguens said.

Feb 2020
http://www.msnbc.com/msnbc/sanders-dismisses-major-womens-group-establishment

So much to read. Here is a snip or two.

Sanders dismisses major women’s group as ‘establishment’

Hillary Clinton personally struck back at her Democratic primary opponent Bernie Sanders for his comments about the reproductive and LGBT rights groups that have endorsed her.

Asked by MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow on Tuesday evening about the fact that Planned Parenthood, NARAL and the Human Rights Campaign endorsed Clinton, Sanders replied, “We’re taking on not only Wall Street and the economic establishment, we’re taking on the political establishment. So I have friends and supporters in the Human Rights Fund [sic], in Planned Parenthood. But you know what, Hillary Clinton has been around there for a very, very long time and some of these groups are part of the establishment.”

Clinton and her supporters quickly seized on the remarks, including with a tweet from Clinton’s official account, signed “-H” to denote that she wrote it. “Really Senator Sanders?” Clinton wrote. “How can you say that groups like @PPact and @HRC are part of the “establishment” you’re taking on?” Planned Parenthood’s president, Cecile Richards, tweeted, “disappointing to hear this.” The Planned Parenthood Action Fund tweeted, “We respect @SenSanders. Disappointed to be called “establishment” as we fight like hell to protect women’s health.” HRC echoed the remarks:

snip

NARAL’s president, Ilyse Hogue, also weighed in on a call with reporters. She praised Clinton for “not just committing to expanding funding for Planned Parenthood, but also to take on the Hyde amendment, which is nothing more than discrimination against low income women trying to access vital health care and their constitutional rights …. Unfortunately, directly in opposition to Bernie’s unfortunate comments last night on Rachel Maddow, the anti-choice minority has become the establishment at state legislatures and is becoming the establishment at our federal level.”

While the groups in question are entrenched in Democratic politics, Planned Parenthood in particular just ended a rough year in which its staff was secretly recorded by right-wing activists accusing them of “selling baby parts,” congressional and state Republicans repeatedly voted to strip the group of healthcare funding, and three people were shot and killed at one of their health facilities in Colorado Springs by a gunman stating his opposition to abortion.

……………………..

Fact. Planned Parenthood is about women's healthcare. I thought that was what Bernie was about...M4A!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yet women and providers are just the establishment.

If Bernie actually feels disdain for the party, he should display some integrity and run as an Independent, and not 'sully' himself by running as a Democrat.

If Bernie doesn't actually feel disdain for the Democratic party, his statement is a cheap, cynical political ploy to garner votes at the expense of party unity and strength come November.

it’s a pre-emptive strike against superdelegates at the convention who he sees as undemocratic and not the same as people’s votes. This narrative is going to continue. If he is denied nomination at the convention even after winning plurality votes, you bet lots of bernie supporters will be angry and we’ll lose in GE anyway. We can’t be fighting among ourselves like that no matter how we may dislike BS. You must respect that he has built an impressive grassroots

it’s a pre-emptive strike against superdelegates at the convention who he sees as undemocratic and not the same as people’s votes. This narrative is going to continue. If he is denied nomination at the convention even after winning plurality votes, you bet lots of bernie supporters will be angry and we’ll lose in GE anyway. We can’t be fighting among ourselves like that no matter how we may dislike BS. You must respect that he has built an impressive grassroots movement and Biden did not.

And any Black Congressmemebr. And women in general. You expanded the term "establishment" into meaninglessness.

Sigh.

You know Sanders has always been clear what he means by the establishment, right?

Is Schiff part of the "establishment"?

I don't know enough of his record to say off the top of my head.

Has Schiff blocked M4A? Has Schiff ignored the needs and desires of his base to follow the dictates of corporate lobbyists? Does Schiff routinely show open contempt for much of the Democratic base, especially the progressives while simultaneously feeling entitled to their votes? Does Schiff actively block change in Congress?

I don't know. And reading your OP, I am not sure you know nor would care if he did.

I cant' even tell from your OP if Sanders even mentioned Adam Schiff. (Hint, maybe put some context to your posts so they at least appear to have substance)

Please stop using "establishment" as a magic word to accuse Sanders of attacking whomever you think will upset people, whether he did or not. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if you included puppies and dolphin-safe tuna as part of the establishment.

Oh no, Bernie hates Puppies!

Over the last several months, there have been countless articles and reporting about " Stop Sanders", "Establishment democrats want to stop Sanders". I googled Stop Sanders and there is a plethora of reports about yes, " Establishment Democrats" want to or trying to stop Sanders. So if he turns around and says, they can't stop him. Why are folks so mad? I don' t get it. And I have decided to stay undecided and support whomever the nominee is. So its not like I am Bernie fan, I just don't understand why he is getting backlash when there has been a movement to stop him. I don't recall outrage over the "Stop Sanders" . I mean, If I were him and there were efforts to stop me, what else would I say. You can't stop me, what I am trying to do.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
