She beat Bernie Sanders by 4 million votes.

The national election was interfered with and voters in three important states cast their votes to Jill Stein and Gary Johnson. More than enough voted for those two in those three states to flip the electoral college vote.

Sun Mar 1, 2020, 04:18 AM
Mar 2020

He was never going to resign or be thrown out. I realized I wasn't making friends around here by consistently pointing out the immense powers of a president whose party had been in power only one term, but it needed to be said. I always insisted his approval rating would rise steadily and not be stuck in 37% level like so many believed from late 2017.

A socialist is not going to win a national election in this country. That is very easy to understand if you experienced Florida 2018 with Andrew Gillum rejected by 46% of the electorate as too liberal for the state, during an incredibly pro-blue cycle.

Translate that to the key midwestern states and their ideological split that basically mirrors the nation itself.

It is not a winning formula. Bernie could only win if Trump's approval dropped a few points from where it is now. Not impossible given the virus but unwise to bank on that type of thing or handicap the race under the assumption.

Bernie is still the favorite for the Democratic nomination. I always keep the big picture in mind instead of overreacting to today. I've never understood the notion of heavily weighing today. When I lived in Las Vegas as a sports bettor for 24 years the only guys who allowed today to shape opinion were the ones leaving town broke on a bus.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
