I donate $25 monthly to Joe

Discussed it with my husband, if I cancel my $20 a month Planet Fitness membership, we can double it. This is my granddaughters' future...and I haven't been to the gym in over a year, so...

If I were to vote in a presidential

It is the one thing I can say without a doubt that has helped me through these trying times. If it is possible that you would start using your membership on a regular basis I would say keep it. We, democrats, need to stay healthy to beat these republicans. Not only would it be great for your physical health but it would also boost your mental well being. If not, though, then go for the donation. Every little bit will help the country's mental health!

I do love the red light therapy...the red light therapy I can't bring myself to get there and use.

These days I walk and hike in the woods with the dogs. Another thing is, a Pure Barre opened up the street. Now that my shoulder is better I can do planks and other stretchy repetitive movements so I'll be dipping my toe there.
