Kamala Harris releases 15 years of tax returns

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/kamala-harris-releases-15-years-of-tax-returns/ar-BBVUG5w?ocid=st

Democratic presidential candidate Kamala Harris released 15 years of tax returns on Sunday, offering a glimpse into how the California public servant ascended the financial ranks to become a multimillionaire.

The documents span the entirety of Harris' career in elected office, from her $142,000 salary as San Francisco district attorney in 2004 to her current post as U.S. senator.

Harris and her husband, Los Angeles-based attorney Douglas Emhoff, jointly reported more than $2 million in income last year, for which they paid nearly $700,000 in taxes.

The tax returns, released before the April 15 tax deadline, mark the most sweeping look yet at a presidential contender's personal finances, edging out Sens. Elizabeth Warren, Amy Klobuchar and Kirsten Gillibrand, who each have released more than a decade's worth of tax documents.
If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

I hadn't heard. I've been off DU far more than on lately - plus we cut our cable (prematurely) this past week. The service was/is so bad they couldn't even get the cut-off date right. I'm scrambling to replace services now - before I was prepared to do the final research and make a decision.

Is this true about Sanders?

they specified only 6 years. I remember an analyst explaining that was strategic to avoid complications and giving Republicans arguments for the courts because the IRS only requires keeping them for 6 years. But he then went on to point out that a lot more years were needed to cover Trump's pertinent business activities. Of course.

Such as Warren (from 2008, when she was the Chair of the Congressional Oversight Panel), Gillibrand (from 2007, when she was NY-20 Rep), Klobuchar (from 2006, 1 year before she became MN Senator), and Hillary Clinton (from 2000, 1 year before she became NY Senator).

Harris could have done the same by releasing only 2017. However, her 15-year release covers her time in CA politics as well (Klobuchar was also Hennepin County Attorney from 1999-2007, but did not release all her records from that time.)

None of the male 2020 potential or declared candidates--not Inslee, Biden, or Sanders, and especially not Trump--released all the records aligning with their time in national politics.

Sen. Bernie Sanders, an early front-runner for the 2020 Democratic nomination, said he would release 10 years of returns by Monday.
Which Monday? Is it the one that's "soon" or the one that's closer to "eventually"?
