"'Stop Sanders' Democrats Are Agonizing Over His Momentum"
https://www.nytimes.com/2019/04/16/us/politics/bernie-sanders-democratic-party.html
Interesting to read the comments (they are closed now). A lot of fervent Bernie supporters out there. I do think it's a bad idea for Democrats to try to keep BS from winning -if he is who the majority wants. I also see it as a problem if Bernie bashes the Democrats and anyone who is part of the 'establishment' - as if he isn't - when he has been in the Senate as long as he has. I think a good ticket would be Sanders / Warren ----- Warren / Sanders. If Bernie (with the nom) did not pick a somewhat 'established' Democrat (such as Warren) as a running mate - that would be a problem. I also think if he picked a woman - that would certainly help bring in many of the women who want to see a woman on the ticket. Mayor Pete could be in the cabinet or something. ![]()

1. Nobody is trying to stop Sanders.
The perpetual victimhood is ridiculous. There are people who just don't like the guy. He should learn to deal with it.

11. some are actually
“There’s a growing realization that Sanders could end up winning this thing, or certainly that he stays in so long that he damages the actual winner,” said David Brock, the liberal organizer, who said he has had discussions with other operatives about an anti-Sanders campaign and believes it should commence “sooner rather than later.” ![]() primary today, I would vote for: Undecided |

10. Dems Do Not Need to Fight Each Other.
Dems just do not have to fight each other! Don’t take the bait. Let’s wait and see who is the strongest candidate and then get behind her or him. i support Sanders because I want his excellent ideas to be part of our final platform. I support Warren because of her great communication skills in explaining her platform to average folks. Pete has brought great ideas about his Creator and given fundamentalists something to think about. His kindly ways are admirable. Kamala Harris is a natural born leader. Sanders did a great job of reading regular folks in his FOX audience. I think they all have great things to offer us. Republicans love it when we fight so that it interrupts our ability to get our platform messages out to folks.
