I think we should draft Michelle Obama to run

I was just talking to my sister and we were talking about the candidates and how we like a lot of them fine but are not blown away and we started discussing who we wish would run and we both brought up Michelle Obama at the same time. She has the type of smarts, charisma and magic I look for! If she jumped in she would be my first pick easily.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

I think she has paid her dues.

Of course if it was something she truly WANTED to do (which as far as I know it is not). I would seriously consider supporting her.

uncomfortable with the optics of a dynastic candidacy.

Hillary had some distance from her days as First Lady including a senate seat and Sec. of State.

I don't feel Michelle is un-qualified for the task but it might be a better thing that she runs after 2020.

You will know that she has no interest in running for office. It's a wonderful book. I recommend it highly.

Why the hell can't people just respect her wishes?

It irritates me beyond belief - we have a plethora of qualified candidates. Why try to enlist an unwilling participant?

And I don't blame her. She endured so much hate during their 8 years. She deserves to ride high and in control of her own destiny. Yes, she is a great human being and I am loving how much love she is receiving now.
